Sagewood is a soft, muted green with warm speckling and natural variation throughout. The glaze breaks into subtle brown tones along the edges, giving it a calm, organic feel—like sage growing over sun-warmed wood.
Each mug is made from speckled clay and finished in a shino glaze, known for its depth and unpredictability. During firing, the glaze shifts and settles—deepening around the rim, and revealing warm speckles across the surface.
Thoughtfully shaped and comfortable to hold, this 8 oz cup is designed for daily use.

Dishwasher safe, though we recommend hand washing to preserve the depth and character of the glaze. Over time, dishwasher cycles can dull the surface and reduce the richness of the finish.
